Dear Alumni Reps:

Soon we are going to have the planning meeting, thus it is time for a summary and to some conclusions.

LOGISTICA:. I sent by email to each one of you your tickets (e-tickets need further confirmation a few days before, with the airline companies). Those that need ground transportation to/from the airport, and maybe to stay a night in a hotel, please contact with your IPs for these effects (FCC-Brazil, IEP-Peru, CIESAS-Mexico, CIRMA-Guatemala, FIB-Chile).

AGENDA:. I have received Cedina's comments as well from Carla and Ana Marina... (Francisco and
Oswaldo, come on!). So, according to those contributions, we will redistribute the free time on Tuesday in
other activities already scheduled that need more time for their development.

INFORMATION:. You can call your colleagues by telephone (their datas are in the data base in the Web) to remember them that, at least, they have a pending mail with you. In order to reimburse you for this expenses, please bring with you a report those calls with its respective invoices.

COLLECTIVE PRESENTATION:. Although each one of you are compiling and systematizing all commentaries and ideas of other Alumni, it is needed something more elaborated than a listing of activities: proposals are needed (necessities, objectives, activities, back-up files, etc.), and hopefully these presentations will be presented /displayed in a collective way (like IFP Alumni Representatives), although it is clear that you can detail specificities for each country.

So, and as you have not been in enough contact, we have reserved for Sunday 10 the hotel hall "reading room", on the 2nd floor, plus a laptop.

TRANSLATION:. WE will have whispering services for those who doesn't speak spanish, so if you have materials to present/display, it would grat to receive it as soon as possible in order to make the translation.

Well, that would be all at the moment. I will be in NY for a few days, but I will review my e-mail periodically.
